The work was completed in a timely manner
I can’t thank Rich’s plumbing and George in particular enough for cutting out 2 casts iron main drains in my home that were cracked and leaking. George was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was on time, professional, excellent at his craft and just a really good person. I called for an appointment and Rich’s plumbing was there the next morning. The work was completed in a timely manner and done right the first time and for a fair price. I would highly recommend Rich’s Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done in their home.
I've used Rich's several times
I've used Rich's several times for a myriad of (unrelated) issues. AC issues, plumbing, leaks, etc. They have always been timely, professional, and provided quality service at a reasonable rate. Not "cheap", per se, but you are getting skilled labor and I have never felt ripped off.
He did a great job!
We just had Justin from Rich’s Plumbing install a new gas water heater in our home. He previously estimated that the job would take about 2 hours. He arrived on time and installed the water heater in 2 hours. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable and always courteous. He answered all of our questions and left us with all of the manufacturer’s manuals. He did a great job! We wouldn’t hesitate to contact Rich’s Plumbing again for all of our plumbing, heating and air-conditioning needs.
I'm very happy with the work they did for me.
Nick and Rich showed up and explained what they were going to do to fix the problem of my sewer main backing up at the outside cleanout. They explained costs and the process which they took to eliminate any extra expenses. They were respectful and hard working. I will definitely use them again and ask for the same crew. The problem was out in the street and nothing could be done on their end, however, we were able to get the town to come and jet the sewer main and rich's crew stayed and worked with the city to identify the break in the street. They were outside working for 5 hrs straight in 40 degrees weather. Great teamwork and I'm very happy with the work they did for me.

We have been customers of Rich’s plumbing for 20 years. Each time our calls were answered promptly, work done quickly and efficiently, reasonable prices and all technicians have been knowledgeable and thorough! Anthony was our technician the other day and did a great job!!
I will always use Rich's
Had to have a New Kitchen Faucet installed, called for the service, in an hour Dan was here and done all in twenty minutes and without an appointment. This is my third time I used this service, never a problem afterward... Price a little high but unless you know someone this is what you have to pay. I highly recommend this vendor for service. I will always use Rich's
